MODERNIZING THE HR
WORKFLOW
Onboardify is a streamlined, web-based employee onboarding platform designed to digitize the transition from candidate to team member. Built as a centralized hub for HR operations, the application replaces manual processes with a structured digital environment where administrators can register new hires, manage secure records, an intuitive, data-driven dashboard.
Developing Onboardify required a deep focus on CRUD functionality and data persistence. Using PHP and MySQL, I engineered a backend capable of handling sensitive employee information with precision. The interface, crafted with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, was designed for utility, ensuring that HR personnel can navigate large datasets and perform administrative updates without friction.
The Challenge
Architecting a relational database that could reliably link employee attributes to a single dashboard view. By building Onboardify, I successfully demonstrated how a custom full-stack solution can transform a complex administrative hurdle into a simple, automated, and scalable digital process.
